A scarce original and early example of the 6x30 Polizei (Police) Dienstglas field binoculars.
Issued to various branches of the Polizei / WSS forces, this variation of 6x30 was only produced by a few select makers - with this example being one of those produced by Hensoldt Wetzlar.
They are factory-finished in dark brown leatherette coverings and they also come complete with the original leather neck strap, button tab and ocular rain guard - nicely stamped with the correct Polizei Eagle 'L' marking.
They remain functional but would require an internal clean if desired for use purposes.
A very honest example of this scarcely seen variant of wartime 6x30 Dienstglas!
