7.92x33mm 20 round Kurz ammunition box 'aux 1944'

A very rare original 20 round ammunition box (empty) for the infamous 7.92x33 Kurz ammuntion, as used with the MkB/StG44 series of assault rifles. This example is retained in good condition, with the original factory applied label, denoting production by Polte Armaturen und Maschinenfabrik A.G., Werk Magdeburg, Sachsen, in 1944.
 
An ideal item for any StG collector, and one which would surely prove very difficult to find too many more of!
