A very appealing older reproduction example of the highly sought after WWII aluminium German railway eagle from the Deutsche Reichsbahn.
This is the largest variant of the ones produced for such purposes, with a wingspan of approximately 35" / 90cm in length!
Marked to the reverse exactly as per the originals with the maker name 'APAG' and composition marks 'GAL-Mg-Si'.
A very displayable piece that has a very attractive patina, and all at a mere small fraction of the 5-figure sum that an original example of this variant would command!
