Battle Damaged Carl Zeiss Jena 10x50 Dienstglas binoculars

A very nice, honest combat used set of early to mid-war 10x50 Dienstglas binoculars produced by Carl Zeiss Jena. 
 
Still with the vast majority of the typical black textured paint covering remaining intact; they are also still fitted with a stunning original speckled colour Bakelite ocular guard cover, leather button tab and leather neck strap accessories. 
 
Very interestingly they have also been subject to a clear shrapnel hit on the left-hand corner side objective. Loosening and taking a chunk out of the protective objective ring, as well as the area just beneath this. This impact has caused some internal prism damage, however, the optics remain unaffected when viewed the correct way and aside from some dust specs still produce a clear, usable image! 
 
The optics also retain the H/6400 Strichplatte reticule visible in the right-hand side.
