Cased Leitz 7x50 Kriegsmarine U-boat binoculars 'beh'

A very nice, completely original pair of 7x50 binoculars produced by Leitz Wetzlar (under the 'beh' maker code) for use by Kriegsmarine surface ship / U-boat crewmen. 
 
Unlike most, this pair still retains the original rubber armour to the bridge section and both objectives. 
 
The optics will require a service/overhaul to return them to a fully usable state. 
 
They come complete with their original leather/Presstoff case, which displays the same signs of use and some defects to the rear belt loop/front closure tab - as is very often seen.
 
The case is also nicely marked with the matching 'beh' maker code and dated 1944, as well as the large Kriegsmarine eagle property mark to the lid. 
 
A very nice, as issued and used set of these desirable KM binoculars!
