Deactivated MG13 'BSW 1938'

A fantastic pre-war MG13, which was manufactured during 1938 by Berlin Suhler Waffenund Fahrzeugwerke (BSW), presented in full original used / non-refurbished condition - exactly as it should be! 
 
As to be expected of small arms of this era, the MG13 is exceptionally well engineered and a real quality piece of kit - and also one which incorporates a lot of unique features in its manufacture and operation. 
 
This is one of the batch that was marked for contract to Portugal in 1938, but also quite likely one which may have remained in German service given the clear combat wear throughout. 
 
It also comes fitted with the matching bipod and detachable 20 round box magazine, both clearly marked 'BSW 1938'. There are also a plethora of 'WaA4' Waffenamt proof markings marked to most parts - far too many to show in the photos in fact. 
 
Deactivated with a working action and ability to be stripped down - and complete with its UK proof house deactivation certificate.
