A super original combat used example of the scarcely seen double barrel carrier for the MG34.
This example is presented in fully original condition, with the vast majority of the factory-applied field grey paint, over red oxide primer, remaining intact!
The serial number of the MG34 with which once this case was once issued during the war - 2871 - has been handpainted to multiple faces on the carrier.
The case is also nicely marked with the maker code 'HDK', indicating production by Eugen Zerver, Remscheid-Reinshagen.
A fantastic and ever increasingly rare to find MG accessory in this original wartime condition!
