A nice original example of the tall storage case made specifically for the Leitz Wetzlar 7x50 Kriegsmarine U-boat binoculars.
The case is very nicely maker marked and dated 'beh 1942', along with retaining the embossed KM eagle property marking to the top of the lid. Not scratched out or defaced as often seen.
Only missing the front closure strap, but still fully functional and able to locked in the closed position.
Ideal for display and pairing with an early Leitz 7x50 Kriegsmarine binocular!
