A very nice condition lightweight aluminium early-war era Patronenkasten 34 ammo can for the MG34/42.
This example retains the vast majority of the original wartime era applied grey-green reissue paint finish. Additionally, all of the leather handle covers remain intact, and the closure mechanism/hinges are still fully operational.
The box is very nicely maker marked and dated 'TFR 1938', as well as being Waffenamt proof marked, to the lid, as shown.
