A scarce, early to mid-war original example of the MG34 buttstock produced from Bakelite.
Whilst this shell shows some relatively minor usage wear etc as is typically associated with combat use, this example remains in very nice overall condition with a nice shine and finish to the dark brown Bakelite itself.
It comes complete with its original buttplate still fitted, as shown.
