Pre-war MG34/42 Patronengurt 34 'BSW 1938'

A remarkable, barn-found example of a pre-war Patronengurt 34 50 round belt, as would have been used with the MG34. 
 
This particular example was originally discovered in Poland and is presented in a good, untouched overall state - with typical signs of the less than ideal storage conditions. However, it is very nicely marked for production by 'BSW' (Gustloff-Werke) and dated 8.38 (!) for August 1938; and as such is almost certainly a relic of the initial battles during the German invasion and advance in 1939!
